IBM Daksh named no. 1 contact centre in Asia Pacific
Thursday, June 18, 2009: IBM Daksh has been awarded as the 2009 Contact Centre Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year in Asia Pacific by Frost & Sullivan. This is the fourth consecutive year that IBM Daksh has won this award. IBM Daksh received this award at the recent 2009 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards after it was evaluated and benchmarked against other leading BPO service providers across the region.
IBM Daksh said it was conferred this recognition for showing exemplary growth and performance in 2008 in the Asia Pacific region.
The Contact Centre Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award involves multiple stages of evaluation by analysts and industry experts and is based on criteria comprising customer acquisitions, breadth of service offerings, strategy and innovation, operational excellence, growth in market share, financial performance as evidenced by revenue and revenue growth and overall contribution to the industry.
