Collabera makes it to IAOP global outsourcing 100
Collabera, a provider of end-to-end information technology consulting, solutions and services, has made its maiden entry into the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) 2009 Global Outsourcing sublists. Collabera has been ranked amongst the best 20 leaders in three of the IAOP’s 2009 Global Outsourcing 100 sublists, namely: Best 20 leaders by service offered: industry-specific services; Best 20 leaders by industry focus: retail and consumer goods; and Best 20 leaders by region served: India.
Commenting on this achievement, Hiten Patel, chairman and CEO, Collabera, said, “We are extremely proud to have made it to three sublists of this year’s IAOP Global Outsourcing 100. We believe it is a vital endorsement of the investments we have been making in these areas and recognition of our focussed and collaborative approach to delivering consulting-led solutions and services to clients in target industries.”
The IAOP Global Outsourcing 100 and its sub-lists include companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services — not just information technology and business process outsourcing, but also facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing and logistics.
The assessment and listing are based on parameters like excellence in service delivery, customer experience, technical competencies, management capabilities, size and growth.
