Ensure that they are in accordance with the SLA with the client.
Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
Closing business sales of transferred calls by agents.
Monitor agents to identify errors & initiate corrective measures.
Conduct feedback sessions with Agents.
Compile and track performance at team and individual level.
Provide feedback to call center telesales agents.
Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance.
Handling the complex customer complaints or inquiries.
Improving performance by raising efficiency and sourcing new equipment to enable.
